Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn (in the same condition that you received it).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on jewelry, shoes, or hats. However, we do accept exchanges on shoes if they are in the same condition that you received them.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return/exchange policy for ALO Yoga merchandise only: Silver & Gold Boutique will gladly accept returns on ALO Yoga merchandise (unused and unwashed, with original tags attached) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This ALO Yoga policy does not apply to non-ALO Yoga merchandise. All items from ALO Yoga are clearly labeled as such. This is the same policy used by ALO Yoga's corporate website. Please email email@example.com to initiate your return/exchange within 30 days of your ALO Yoga item's purchase date.
Return/exchange policy for Show Me Your Mumu merchandise only: Silver & Gold Boutique will gladly accept returns on Show Me Your Mumu merchandise (unused and unwashed, with original tags attached) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This Show Me Your Mumu policy does not apply to non-Show Me Your Mumu merchandise. All items from Show Me Your Mumu are clearly labeled as such. This is the same policy used by Show Me Your Mumu's corporate website. Return/exchange policy for all other merchandise (NON-ALO Yoga + NON-Show Me Your Mumu merchandise): Our general return/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase of a non-ALO Yoga / Show Me Your Mumu purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns of non-ALO Yoga / Show Me Your Mumu items are for store credit only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange an item for another size, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We only replace items if they are defective or damage at the time of sale. You must initiate the replacement (or, if a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount paid).
In the event of an exchange, please reorder the item in the correct size or color that you need. We will refund your account for the originally purchased item once you have mailed it back to us in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition. We do not issue your refund until you have 1) placed the second order for the correct merchandise and 2) we receive the return merchandise back at the warehouse.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
